NaPoWriMo – Poem 4: Why I like Breads

I like French Loaf,
Because the crust is crunchy,
But the inner part is fluffy.
And it’s tasty with Chili.
I like Italian Breads,
They can be eaten with almost anything,
Make a sandwich with lettuce and tomato,
And maybe with a spread of Pesto.
Breads are really healthy,
You can make them by yourself,
It is cheaper anyway,
And it won’t take a day.

Dear Anisah,
It does take more than a day to prepare sour breads. In fact, French Bread starters are tastier if you let it sit for a long time.
